PTFE Sleeve Pack Cock Manifold Blocks

Operating Principle

A parallel cock plug with an open bore, turns through 90° inside a PTFE packing sleeve. This offers the following advantages:

• Immediate opening/shutting: only 90° rotation
• Large sealing surface guarantees excellent sealing across the ports and to the atmosphere
• No jamming through corrosion
• Open bores to allow they less likely chance of blockage from the dirty line
• Overhaul and replacement parts are available
• Can be supplied with flanged or screw process connect
• Manifold blocks available in Mild steel, st st, exotic alloys
• Manchined and pressure tested to Ansi rating
